Below is a brief biography of the Founder of Secure Life Benefits, Milton Pullen:

Milton S. Pullen, Jr. founded Secure Life Benefits in 1999 and has been in the insurance business for over 35 years. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1966 with a degree in Business Management. Milton began his sales career as a pharmaceutical representative with Wyeth Laboratories. After nine years in the pharmaceutical business, he obtained his insurance license for property and casualty/general lines and health and life insurance. 

In the beginning years of his insurance career, he represented Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance solely for his life insurance, disability income, and qualified retirement plans. He owned his own property and casualty/general lines agency in Western Kentucky. Throughout the years, his desire to grow into a more metropolitan market increased, so in 1985 he moved his practice to Lexington. He now has offices in GA, and FL, where he resides today. 

Throughout his 37 year career, he has received numerous awards for sales accomplishments such as the Top Twenty of the entire Northwestern Mutual Life sales force of 6,500 career agents on three occasions, Top of the Table of Million Dollar Round Table for seven years, and Court of the Table of the Million Dollar Round Table for four years. In 1988 he obtained and then became a registered representative (Series Seven) with the Securities and Exchange Commission. His broker dealer was Olgilvie Security Advisors Corporation, an N.A.S.D. Broker Dealer member.

Milton has worked with clients such as John Gaines of Gainesway Farm & Gaines Dog Food, Paul Swentzel, founder of S&S Tire Wholesale, Lexington Clinic, and professional athletes and coaches including Rick Pitino, Tubby Smith, Rex Chapman, Kenny Walker, and Jamal Mashburn.
